FilmFix transferred 73 old, family 8mm movies with outstanding results and caring communication throughout the process. Ours was a large, multi-generational project with many chiefs and movies dating back to the 1930s. FilmFix not only produced beautiful work but was responsive to every question and concern.

I compared about a dozen companies before selecting FilmFix. I scoured websites and contacted them to compare about 20 attributes of each company (price, scan resolution, customer service responsiveness, equipment, transfer type). FilmFix stands out. The big commercial outfits with slick advertising actually produce an inferior product. My movies from FilmFix look great on a huge television, whereas most companies would not (they produce lower resolution images that look blurry if blown up larger than a cell phone).

We've never worked with digital movies, so we had a lot of dumb questions. FilmFix staff are not only talented, but they patiently answered every question, and explained every option to our satisfaction. We plan to use them for future projects, and recommend them 100%.
