È difficile scrivere una testimonianza entusiasmante quando tutto riguardo al mio ordine da FilmFix è stato perfetto sotto ogni aspetto. Nessun dramma nel servizio clienti. Nessuna qualità deludente nel trasferimento. Addirittura, il membro del team di FilmFix al telefono mi ha fatto un complimento per il mio accento del sud. Quindi, tutto ciò che posso realmente affermare sono i fatti. 1. Hanno preso il mio filmato super-8 di 30 anni fa e lo hanno trasferito nella qualità più alta che abbia mai visto. Ho visto dettagli nel filmato che non vedevo da decenni. 2. Hanno prestato attenzione al bilanciamento dei colori, alla stabilizzazione e al processo di rimozione dei detriti. 3. Mi hanno tenuto informato su ogni fase del processo fino alla spedizione. 4. Il costo era SUPER conveniente. (È ancora di moda dire "super"? Se no, lo riporto io in voga!) Cinque stelle su tutta la linea, gente. Vorrei avere più film da mandare a loro.

Hello, I'm Nathaniel. My wife Laura and I are FilmFix — a two person team.
I am the technical expert with a degree in motion picture and photography, from Brooks Institute, Santa Barbara, CA.
First, your 8mm film will be inspected and carefully cleaned. Then, I'll convert it — from start to finish. These days, most all our customers request that digital files be delivered onto a hard drive or USB stick. However, we can put your transfer on a DVD or Blu-ray disc, if you really prefer that.
While staying local is nice, sometimes it's in your best interest to expand further and find the professional experts who specialize in this sort of transfer. Transferring 8mm film -- the right way -- is highly technical and it requires specialized, pricey equipment.
