HOW ORDER PROCESS WORKS:
- Initiate your order via our website by first making the Estimate. From there, you may continue on with your order by simply clicking on the ‘Place Order’ button.
- Print out order form. Sign it, date it, and include it within your shipment to us.
- Shortly after placing your order, we send you an “Order Confirmation” email. Please read it! It includes special instruction about how to prepare your goods for us!
- Mail us your goods. Please do not send a “deposit” -- payment comes later.
- Once we receive your goods, we notify you via an email.
- PAYMENT –
Once your order is transferred, we send you an Invoice by email.
If you choose to pay by credit card, we will charge your card and ship your transfer out within 48 hours (usually within 24 hours).
If you pay by check, we will await your payment before sending your transferred copy to you.
- SHIPMENTS –
We stagger the return of your completed Transfer copy and your Original goods. Over time, we've found this works best. The Transfer copy will be sent to you first. Then, 7 – 10 days later, we mail back your Original goods.
VALUABLE NOTE: To date, not one order shipped to, or from, FilmFix has gotten lost by any of the shipping carriers.
Some of these steps will vary slightly if we don’t use the postal system as our means of delivery or if the order is of an International nature.
